Guideline for Oral and Poster Presenters
Oral presentation
Presentation duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes live Q&A session (Total 20 minutes).
We request the presenters to submit:
1. Pre-recorded oral presentation (for online participants; will be broadcasted during the virtual conference).
*Physical participants are not obliged to pre-record their presentation; your presentation will be recorded on-site.
2. Presentation slides (as backup in case of technical problems)

Deadline: Monday 6 December 2021.
Poster presentation
The presenter is required to submit one (1) poster in PDF format; the poster should be one (1) Page (A1 size); in Portrait Orientation; less than 10MB size.
A short (3-5 minutes) pre-recorded presentation summarizing your research (*optional; this will be broadcasted during the poster session).
