Registration fee includes conference materials, daily lunch and tea breaks.

Terms and Conditions

Only abstracts with completed payment (Local Purchase Order (LPO) or Letter of Undertaking, etc.) received by 15 Nov 2021 will be included in the IPCB2021 abstract book. Please submit a scanned copy of the remittance advice or transfer receipt of the payment to the Secretariat by email (ipcb@ums.edu.my). Any bank charges will be borne by the participant and not included in the total amount of conference registration fee. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations made by 15 Nov 2021 will result in 50% refund to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellation after 15 Nov 2021 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is allowed at no extra charge if indicated in writing to the Secretariat by 15 Nov 2021.

Presentation guidelines

 

​Oral Presentation

 

PRESENTATION DURATION: 20 minutes including Q&A – Presentations should be pre-recorded ahead of the conference beginning and presenters should join their session for live Q&A.

We recommend making your recording for approximately 15 minutes to allow up to 5 minutes for Q&A after your recording has been played. 

​

Please note that the time zone for this event is MYT (Malaysia Time).

 

To ensure that you are ready and checked into the system prior to your presentation, we would be grateful if you could join the online session 30 minutes before the start of the whole session, for a technical briefing.

​

 

Poster Presentation

 

• Poster must be submitted in PDF format (no larger than 10 MB).
• It is recommended to make your poster in PowerPoint (Landscape or Portrait) and then save it as a PDF.

• Posters will be displayed throughout the conference period.

Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
